Negative Emotions

Negative emotions make you feel a negative effect in your head.
Listed below are the negative emotions with their causes.  If you want to stop feeling unhappy, these are the emotions you need to avoid or stop. Click on an emotion to learn more about it.
  • Loneliness:  not feeling affection
  • Heartbreak:  a man cheats on a woman
  • Jealousy:  a woman cheats on a man
  • Maternal Grief:  a child dies
  • Grandmaternal Grief:  a grandchild dies
  • Monogynic Grief:  a loved woman dies
  • Humiliation:  your rank falls
  • Envy:  a peer outranks you
  • Revenge:  somebody harms you by breaking the rules
  • Criminal Guilt:  you harm someone by breaking the rules
  • Compassion:  you can prevent harm to somebody
  • Selfish Guilt:  you don't prevent harm to somebody
  • Lust:  not feeling penile orgasm
  • Repugnance:  naked sisters or mothers
  • Boredom:  not feeling excitement
  • Hunger:  not eating
  • Disgust:  toxins​
